We are currently seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team in the Watford or Hemel Hempstead area from September 2026. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
The successful candidate will support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the classroom, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or adults with additional needs
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must hold a Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
