We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident early years professional looking for a rewarding leadership role.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply (DBS cost refunded after 20 working days)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
