Job Description
Timeplan Education is seeking Tutors in the local area to support schools with their growing need for 121 support and intervention. The schools are a range of Primary, Secondary and SEND schools and the tuition will be required either on the school premises, the child's home, residential home or local libraries. \\n\\nThe Teachers required will be required to show empathy to some children's needs.
The subjects covered will be a mixture of Science, Maths and English. \\n\\nThe experienced Teacher will require:\\n\\nTo deliver engaging lessons to the children, whilst their Teacher is absent\\nSEND background or experience desireable \\nProvide support to children during classroom activities, ensuring they are engaged and participating fully\\nCommunicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment\\nMaintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations\\nAssist in assessing children's progress and reporting any concerns to the lead teacher.Skills\\n\\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children and adults alike\\nExperience working within education, QTS is desired\\nAbility to educate and inspire young learners through creative teaching methods\\nFamiliarity with special education practices and strategies for working with children who have diverse learning needs within mainstream and SEND environments\\nPrevious experience working with children in various settings is advantageous\\nPatience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed in their educational journey.Apply directly to Parjeet today to be considered for this fantastic opportunity.
