We are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and ASD, who can provide tailored support, build positive relationships and help pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. We are looking for candidates interested in long-term placements who are keen to make a real difference and become a valued part of a school team. We are looking for: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role. Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and/or ASD. A patient, resilient and nurturing approach. Confidence supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and behaviours. A genuine passion for helping children and young people reach their potential. Their own transport, ideally, to travel between schools in Thetford and the surrounding areas. While SEND experience is our priority, we are also keen to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants interested in Primary and Secondary school opportunities.
