Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who thrives in a challenging yet incredibly rewarding environment?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly supportive Alternative Provision setting on the Wirral, seeking three dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team this September.

The Role
Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs both in and out of the classroom.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver engaging learning and intervention sessions.
Help create a calm, structured and positive learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils to achieve both academically and personally.
We're Looking For
Previous experience working within an Alternative Provision (AP), Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) or a similar specialist setting.
Experience managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour.
A proactive, resilient and adaptable approach.
Someone who remains calm under pressure and can build strong relationships with young people.
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
