Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Brighton, West Sussex Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) Salary: £80.00 – £95.00 per day As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping students develop the skills they need to succeed academically and behaviourally. You will work closely with students in Primary, Secondary or SEN, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Build positive and supportive relationships with students. Implement behaviour management strategies to help students improve their behaviour and self-regulation. Assist teachers and staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one and group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom. Document and track student progress. Attend training sessions and professional development to enhance your skills. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.Qualifications: Experience working with students with behavioural challenges is an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
