We are recruiting Nursery Assistants to support a range of Early Years settings across Cheam and the surrounding areas. These positions offer flexible day-to-day work as well as full-time opportunities, with immediate and ongoing start dates available. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
Applications are welcome from unqualified candidates who have experience working in a nursery or school setting, as well as those holding Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications. All applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Nursery Assistants will be expected to support daily routines, assist with learning activities aligned with the EYFS, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and build positive relationships with children, staff, and families. Experience in nurseries, preschools, nannying, or teaching assistant roles is highly valued.

- Must have experience working in a nursery or school setting

- Ability to support planned activities and routines
- Level 3 Qualified
- One of the following accepted qualifications or equivalent:
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
- Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development (EYE pathway)
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education (DCE)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development
