Time Plan Education is looking for exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools.

We are seeking confident professionals who can provide high-quality, individualised support and make a lasting impact on pupils academic, social, and emotional development.

We re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who: Have extensive experience providing 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.

Have experience supporting children with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.

Have strong phonics knowledge and experience, with the confidence to support early reading using recognised phonics programmes and reinforce literacy skills through targeted interventions.

Can confidently adapt learning to meet individual needs and learning styles.

Build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning.

Are calm, patient, adaptable, and resilient when managing challenging situations.
