Are you an experienced, resilient, and compassionate Teaching Assistant with a proven track record of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a one-to-one basis? TimePlan Education is looking for exceptional SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary, secondary, and specialist schools. We are seeking confident professionals who can provide high-quality, individualised support and make a lasting impact on pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.

We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who:

  • Have extensive experience providing 1:1 support for pupils with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.
  • Have experience supporting children with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.
  • Have strong phonics knowledge and experience, with the confidence to support early reading using recognised phonics programmes and reinforce literacy skills through targeted interventions.
  • Can confidently adapt learning to meet individual needs and learning styles.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships while maintaining high expectations for behaviour.
