TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school located near Ely. The Role
- Teaching students across a range of age groups and abilities
- Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual EHCP targets
- Supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs
- Creating a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a SEND setting
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
