SEN Teaching Assistants – Redhill / Reigate

Pay Rate : £95- £110 per day (Dependent on experience)

Contract Type : Full-time / Long-term

Are you a passionate, proactive and caring individual looking to make a real difference to the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Working in both mainstream and SEN schools.

We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our welcoming and supportive schools in the Redhill / Reigate area

Responsibilities

Support pupils with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD).

Provide 1 : 1 and small group support to children with SEN.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.

Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children with SEN (school, care, or youth setting).

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A valid DBS on the Update Service.
