The Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Support pupils with their social, emotional and educational development. Encourage positive behaviour, communication and independence. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils. Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Is patient, caring, resilient and understanding. Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable). Can adapt to different learning and communication needs.
