Timeplan Education are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Aylesbury for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This is a full‑time role, with interviews for suitable SEN TAs taking place from next week.

The Role

  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school setting
  • Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver targeted support
  • Providing 1:1 and small group assistance to help students access the curriculum
  • Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has previous SEN experience (school‑based or relevant alternative settings)

  • Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for a new DBS
