Supply Cover Supervisor (Secondary) – Northampton

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supply Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Northampton. This flexible role offers the chance to support students in their learning, ensuring that lessons run smoothly during teacher absences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the lesson plans provided.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Provide assistance to students where needed and ensure the continuity of their learning.
  • Communicate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition back to regular classroom routines.

Requirements
