Hours: 33.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Timeplan Education Group are pleased to be supporting one of our fantastic schools in their current search for a School First Aider / Welfare Officer, based in Slough.

They are looking for an experienced School First Aider with experience using SIMS ideally, or a candidate with very strong Admin experience looking to make the move into the Education setting.

About the role

Key responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

  • To administer first aid care to sick or injured students during the school day and after-school activities in the first instance and contacting parents/carers, ensuring that all the School's procedures are fully complied with.
  • To be responsible for the administration of medicines within the School, maintaining confidential records and keeping medicines in accordance with the Department for Education and Department of Health guidelines.
  • To maintain the medical cupboard and first aid kits/medical facilities throughout the school and ordering supplies as necessary.
