TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school in Croydon to recruit a professional and dedicated Receptionist/Administrator. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic school environment.
The successful candidate MUST have prior experience in school administration.
Role Overview:
You will be a key member of the school\’s Office Team, working closely with the Office Manager to provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service. You will deliver outstanding administrative support and excellent customer service to students, parents/carers, staff, and visitors, while upholding the school\’s ethos and values.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven school administration experience (essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork, empathy, patience, and reliability
Flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management
Professionalism, courtesy, and tact in a busy environment
Passion for education and belief in student potential
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong grammatical and numerical skills
Experience delivering effective administrative support
Desirable:
Experience using Bromcom (training can be provided)
