TimePlan Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in the search for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping young people access learning, build confidence and achieve their potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Help students access the curriculum through encouragement and tailored support.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to support progress and engagement.
  • Assist with classroom routines, interventions and behaviour support where needed.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting young people in a secondary school setting.
  • Be patient, proactive and committed to helping pupils succeed.
  • Be confident building rapport with students and staff.
