TimePlan Education is working with a secondary school seeking a resilient and confident Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need help with regulation, engagement and positive behaviour. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building trust and making a real difference.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Support pupils in and out of class with behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Use de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour strategies.
  • Work with teachers and pastoral staff to support individual pupils.
  • Help create a calm and consistent learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a secondary, SEMH or PRU setting.
  • Be calm under pressure and confident in challenging situations.
  • Be committed to helping pupils succeed through consistent support.
