We are recruiting a Re-engagement Mentor to support secondary students who may be at risk of disengagement from learning. This role would suit someone with strong relationship‑building skills and experience supporting young people in a pastoral or educational setting. You will help students re-enter lessons, stay motivated, and overcome barriers to attendance and participation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine impact.
Requirements
- Experience supporting young people with attendance, behaviour, or engagement needs.
- Strong mentoring and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations.
- Understanding of safeguarding and student support.
- Enhanced DBS and references.
