Are you a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated childcare professional? We are looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2, Level 3 or above) to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Totton.
About the Role :
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. You\\\’ll help create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your passion, creativity, and commitment to exceptional childcare will shine through in everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and record children\\\’s development, contributing to their learning journeys
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and supportive team
What We\\\’re Looking For
- A minimum of Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent / higher)
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- A positive, caring attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
- Experience in a nursery setting
