An inclusive secondary school situated in Waltham Forest is looking to secure a Psychology Graduate to start in Feb 2026 on an ongoing contract.
About the School

Role: Learning Support Assistant
The school is looking to recruit a Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant assisting children across the school with additional SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school also offers a clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession for aspiring teachers.
Responsibilities
- Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects.

Qualifications
- Psychology degree.
