The Role

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS2
  • Confidently follow school planning or adapt lessons where needed
  • Create a calm, positive, and purposeful classroom environment
  • Monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and SLT
