The Role
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS2
- Confidently follow school planning or adapt lessons where needed
- Create a calm, positive, and purposeful classroom environment
- Monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Work collaboratively with support staff and SLT
