We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary School Cover Supervisors for day-to-day supply work across primary schools in Luton and the surrounding area. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced cover supervisors, teaching assistants looking to step up, education graduates, or individuals considering a career in teaching who are seeking flexible work and valuable classroom experience in a primary school setting.

The Role

  • Supervising primary classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Supporting pupils' learning, behaviour, and personal development
  • Maintaining classroom routines and managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Providing feedback to the school at the end of the day
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
