Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting pupils in class to stay engaged and access learning.
  • Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions.
  • Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Helping to create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting pupils during lessons, transitions, and unstructured times.

Pay & Hours

£88.95 - £105 per day (depending on experience).

Monday to Friday, term-time only.

Typical hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduates or aspiring educators passionate about working with children.
  • Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient individuals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An interest in behaviour support, inclusion, and SEND.
  • Experience working with children or young people (school, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
