Job Description School Premises Manager\\n\\nTimeplan are currently looking for a School Premises Manager to join a fantastic School in Slough. \\n\\nMUST HOLD AN ENHANCED DBS on the update service\\n\\nPermanent – £25,000 – £30,000 per annum\\n\\nImmediate start\\n\\n Two shift patterns with a one hour unpaid lunch break, the shift patterns are Early\’s – 7:00am to 3:00pm and Late\’s is 10:00am to 6:00pm, alternate weeks.\\n\\nDuties include: \\n\\nCarry out regular health and safety checks in line with the Health and Safety Policy.\\nEnsure that all members of staff are aware of the emergency procedures, as well as their roles and responsibilities during an emergency.\\nEnsure that all work carried out by cleaning staff is carried out with due regard to the Health and Safety Policy. In conjunction with the headteacher, regularly carry out a risk assessment of the site and keep appropriate records.\\nEnsure that all escape routes and potentially hazardous areas are kept free from obstruction.\\nEnsure that inflammable materials for use around the site are safely stored and advice is given on the storage of combustible materials.\\nEnsure that dangerous substances and equipment are used and stored safely, in accordance with COSHH regulations.\\nInform the headteacher of any changes that are required to the COSHH inventory.
