TimePlan Education are currently recruiting multiple dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Reading. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately, with the potential to continue beyond Easter.

About the Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
- Assist pupils with a variety of additional needs in and out of the classroom
- Support learning, communication, and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to deliver personalised support
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Needs Supported
You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD, PMLD)
- Visual and Hearing Impairments (VI, HI, MSI)
- Physical Disabilities (PD)
- Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)
- Other associated needs
