We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join an incredible nursery on an immediate basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and care. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team, while ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and learning outcomes for every child.
About the role
- Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Leading, supporting, and developing a team of practitioners
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Maintaining high standards of care, learning, and wellbeing
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality early years provision
- Confident in managing staff, ratios, and operational standards
