Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality general cover teaching across a range of subjects in line with the national curriculum. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. Be adaptable and ready to cover various subjects as needed, from humanities to sciences and arts. Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are adhered to at all times.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching at secondary level (Key Stages 3 and 4). Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different teaching environments.
