We're looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Harrow. If you enjoy helping children with additional needs reach their potential, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with special educational needs, 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting with learning activities and classroom management
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual pupil needs
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Patience, empathy, and a positive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
