Time Plan Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils aged 11-18 with SEMH at a specialist school in Enfield.

You will work 1:1, in small groups, and in classrooms to help pupils access learning and develop confidence.

We are seeking patient, resilient candidates capable of building strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and safeguarding responsibilities.

Experience with SEMH, SEND, PRUs or similar is highly desirable.
