Time Plan Education is recruiting an SEMH Behaviour Support Worker for a North West London SEN Secondary School.

The role starts in September and runs for the full academic year on a full-time basis.

You will support challenging and disaffected pupils and help them engage with learning in a structured environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with challenging pupils, be confident in leading one-to-one catch-up sessions, and possess strong behaviour management skills.
