TimePlan Education is recruiting on behalf of a wonderful nursery in Purley, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support children's development while playing an active part in a warm, collaborative setting.

About the Role

  • Provide 1:1 support to several pupils throughout the day, delivering targeted interventions within the main classroom
  • Follow Speech & Language plans, ASPs/IEPs, and other specialist guidance
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher, SENDCo, and Keyworkers to ensure consistent, high‑quality support
  • Contribute to the wider classroom team and general Early Years duties
  • Communicate professionally with parents/carers regarding the children you support
  • Work term‑time only, with mixed shifts available: 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (depending on suitability)

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) - essential
  • Paediatric First Aid - desirable
  • Experience or confidence supporting children with SEN
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A nurturing, proactive approach to supporting children's development
