The main duties will include : Main Duties Provide day-to-day mentoring and pastoral support to Year 12 students, helping them to settle into KS5 and make a successful transition from GCSE to post-16 study. Build positive, supportive relationships with students and act as a consistent point of contact for advice, guidance and encouragement.
