TimePlan are working with Secondary Schools across London who are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their expanding teams in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain invaluable classroom experience before embarking on teacher training.

As a Graduate TA, you will:

  • Support students across a range of subjects in Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5)
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to help raise the student's attainment.
  • Assist with classroom management and student progress.
  • Contribute to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be due to graduate this year (or have recently graduated) - Ideally a Degree in Maths, Science, English or Psychology.
  • Have experience working with secondary-aged students (school, tutoring, mentoring, youth work or similar)
  • Be passionate about education and supporting young people.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be an aspiring Teacher or considering teaching in the future.
