We are an inclusive secondary school situated in Hendon, North London looking to secure a Graduate Teaching Assistant to start in September 2026.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into a vibrant and inclusive community with a stimulating teaching approach to learning. The School are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to work as a Learning Support Assistant supporting children with SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The School also offers a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession.
Responsibilities- Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects
- Actively engaging in every professional development opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching
- Degree – ideally in English, Maths, Science or Psychology
- A passion for helping young people excel
- Experience working with secondary school aged students (preferred)
