Salary: £90-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Help pupils build confidence in Maths, English and phonics
  • Support children with varying learning needs, including SEND where required
  • Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
  • Create a positive, engaging learning environment

We’re Looking For Graduates Who:

  • Hold a degree (or are due to graduate in Summer 2026)
  • Have a genuine passion for working with children
  • Are confident, proactive and eager to learn
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can commit to a full-time role from September 2026
  • Experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, volunteering or school placements is desirable but not essential
