We are excited to be working with a secondary school in Camden North London, to recruit a passionate and dedicated Deputy SENDCo. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND professional to join a highly successful and community-focused academy, starting in September 2026 or sooner.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Deputy Senco with qualified teacher status, experienced in managing a diverse caseload of EHCPs and overseeing SEND provision across the academy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional SEND support and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. In this instrumental role, you will drive the academy's key priority of inclusive practice, ensuring all students thrive and succeed. You will also be responsible for delivering training and CPD to colleagues, helping to ensure all teachers are highly skilled in supporting SEND students as part of their daily practice.

Key Responsibilities
