TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive SEND school located near Ely. The Role

  • Teaching students across a range of age groups and abilities
  • Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual EHCP targets
  • Supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and complex needs
  • Creating a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working within a SEND setting
  • Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
