About The Role

Timeplan is seeking a Level 3 early years educator to work across a range of Nurseries in the Kensington and Chelsea area. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will help create engaging activities, build positive relationships with children and parents, and ensure high standards of care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
