We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Hertfordshire. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote children's development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification that is recognised and valid for working within a nursery setting.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare environment is desirable.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Right to work in the UK.
