A Good Secondary School in London is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with a strong background in Maths or Science to join their supportive team.

You will be joining a collaborative team that places a strong emphasis on student progress, inclusion, wellbeing, and high-quality learning support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or experienced LSA with a strong academic background in Maths, Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Physics. You will work closely with classroom teachers to support students across KS3 and KS4, providing targeted one-to-one and small-group support. You will help students develop their confidence and understanding of Maths or Science while encouraging positive engagement with learning.

The successful candidate will be patient, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with students, adapting their approach to meet individual learning needs.

  • Strong academic background in Maths or Science
  • Degree or relevant qualification in Maths, Science, or a related subject desirable
  • Experience working with children or young people desirable
