We are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team across Schools in Kingston. We have a range of day to day supply, short term and long term bookings with trusted schools looking for ambitious and dedicated staff.

The role:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and adapting activities to meet diverse needs.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, inclusion, and personal development.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote progress and wellbeing.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs.
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach to helping children succeed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning) are desirable.
