We are currently recruiting for experienced and dedicated High Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to work across schools in Tendring and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for confident HLTAs who are passionate about supporting learning, leading classroom activities, and making a positive impact on pupils' progress.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Support pupils through whole-class teaching, small group work, and 1:1 interventions
- Assist with lesson preparation, assessment, and progress monitoring
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds HLTA status or has equivalent experience
