We're looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, well-resourced primary school in Harrow. If you enjoy helping children learn and thrive, this could be the role for you!

What the role involves:

  • Supporting the class teacher with lessons and activities
  • Working with small groups and 1:1 with pupils, supporting with phonics sessions
  • Helping manage behaviour and encouraging positive learning
  • Assisting with classroom organisation and day-to-day tasks

  • Experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar)
  • Positive, patient, and reliable
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
