We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across a range of local primary schools. Both daily supply and long-term placements are available, offering flexibility alongside valuable classroom experience.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in mainstream primary schools
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
- Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management and pupil progress
- Providing targeted support for children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social/emotional needs
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject
- Essential experience supporting children with SEN in mainstream primary schools
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education and child development
