This role is all about early intervention, emotional regulation, and building strong foundations for learning.
The Role
- You’ll be working within EYFS only, supporting children at a crucial stage of development.
- Many pupils have additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH, so your day will be varied, meaningful, and fast‑paced.
- You’ll be supporting children 1:1 and in small groups.
- Helping pupils develop communication, emotional regulation and social skills.
- Using play-based and child-centred approaches to support learning.
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and external professionals.
