Salary: £90 - £95 per day
Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1‑1 support and assistance to a small group of SEN pupils throughout the school day, helping them to achieve their academic and developmental goals.
- Utilise effective behaviour management techniques to support the pupils and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff and SENCO to develop tailored strategies and interventions to meet the specific needs of the pupils.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere to enhance the pupils' learning experience and overall well‑being.
- Utilise the provided resources and work closely with the school's inclusive approach to ensure the best outcomes for SEN pupils.
Requirements
- Previous experience in providing 1‑1 support to pupils with SEN, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Strong understanding and experience in behaviour management techniques is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both pupils and staff.
- A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for SEN pupils.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
