Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) Required - September Start Southend-on-Sea
A welcoming and supportive SEN School in Southend-on-Sea is urgently recruiting a number of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their dedicated team from September.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
No two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a lasting impact.
The Role
- Support students both in and out of the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning.
- Help pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
