This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Geography teacher with leadership ambitions, or an established subject leader seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and high-performing environment.
The successful candidate will lead Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, building on strong foundations to further improve outcomes and inspire a love of the subject. You will provide clear strategic leadership for the department, ensuring consistently high-quality teaching and learning. This role involves leading curriculum development, setting ambitious expectations, and supporting colleagues to deliver engaging and impactful lessons that enable every student to achieve their best.
