TimePlan Education is proud to be working exclusively with a highly successful and aspirational secondary academy to appoint an exceptional Head of Geography. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Geography teacher with leadership ambitions, or an established subject leader seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and high‑performing environment.

The successful candidate will lead Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, building on strong foundations to further improve outcomes and inspire a love of the subject. You will provide clear strategic leadership for the department, ensuring consistently high-quality teaching and learning. This role involves leading curriculum development, setting ambitious expectations, and supporting colleagues to deliver engaging and impactful lessons that enable every student to achieve their best.
